The diversity of bacterial expressed His-tagged MDH isoforms and mutants create a nearly endless opportunity to create an MDH CURE for your class.  Here, we highlight current and planned CURE projects.  Some projects are ongoing and established and others are planned for future MCC CURE projects waiting for someone to create and adopt. Information on His Tagged MDH proteins needed for each project are found in the protein datasheet linked in the “MDH Clones” page. Find faculty adopting and collaborating on different projects in the MCC Community forum.  Contact your hub leader if you wish to join a project area, help develop an existing project, or create a new MCC project area.
